Trish Thomas Counselling
A safe space.
Have you been through difficult experiences that still affect your life today? Is it difficult to trust others? Are you ashamed of your past, sure that people would judge you if they knew the truth? Maybe feelings of sadness or anxiety are dragging you down? Do you feel alone? If this sounds familiar, I can help.
My Story
Experienced Counselling Professional
Following a wide range of life experiences, I trained as an Integrative Counsellor at Iron Mill College in Exeter, gaining an Advanced Diploma. This allows me to offer a flexible approach to my clients, so that we can work together in a way that suits you.

What is Counselling?

Counselling offers a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I will also offer you support to empower you to find the best way forward in your life. We are all unique, so sessions are different for everyone. For example, some clients particularly enjoy using creative methods, such as writing or drawing. If you are comfortable with working in this way, this can be an enjoyable method of gaining new insights.

My practice follows the ethical code and standards of my professional body, the BACP, ensuring your safety and confidentiality at all times.
